The teak villages in the forest and the terrace villages above Bo Kluea supplied each other: wood down, food up. The route between them is old and walkable.
Four days covers it, with two nights in each kind of village. It is a walking programme with real distance in it, roughly six to eight hours on the two walking days.
The trail is remote in places and there is no mobile signal. Both hosts will walk you.

Teak and the climb
Early Morning Long walk out of the forest and up. Late Morning Packed lunch on the trail. Afternoon Arrive at the lower terrace village. Evening Dinner. Night Homestay two. -
DAY03
The terraces
Morning Field work on the terraces. Late Morning The irrigation system and the soil. Evening Dinner. Night Homestay three. -
DAY04
Walk out to Lampang
Morning Final walk down and out to the road. Late Morning Vehicle transport to Lampang. Afternoon Arrival. TBD — departure time must be confirmed.
